Our core engineering and management team of 17 operates from a headquarters in East London to provide three main strands of support:

OWNERSHIP & ORIGINS
Elipsis has the backing of a well-established and successful parent company: FSI (Holdings) Limited.
Since its formation in 1990 as Facilities Software International, and following a Management Buy-Out by the Operational Directors in 2002, FSI (FM Solutions) Limited has established itself as a market leader in Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM).
The extensive inter-relationship between CAFM and IT systems led to the increasing involvement of FSI in the IT requirements of its clients – this was the origin of the establishment of Elipsis IT as a sister company.
The growth and success of FSI and Elipsis IT are based on a firm foundation of technical expertise.
OUR TEAM
While some IT outsourcing suppliers exist essentially as ‘clicks-based’ virtual companies and locate their help desks offshore, Elipsis IT is proud of its south eastern UK physical base and the strong, diverse team of directly employed IT talent that resides, and shares best practice, there. And it’s quite likely that, should a call-out be required in the south east, it will be a member from that team who attends your site.
